- We offer a friendly and efficient service for tenants where queries via phone/text/whatsapp/email are responded to quickly.
- We have our own dedicated service team to provide a rapid response to any maintenance issues.
- We have a 24 hour emergency repair service to handle out of hours emergencies.
- We provide high quality Portsmouth student accommodation and young working professional accommodation in Fareham by consistently maintaining and upgrading the houses and rooms throughout the year.
- We visit the properties on a regular basis, this helps to make sure any issues are sorted quickly and sometimes even before the tenants realise there is a problem.
- We welcome suggestions that any tenants have to help improve our service.
- All our bedrooms are spacious and have double beds, matching furniture, quality furnishings etc. Each room/house is cleaned to a professional standard at the commencement of the tenancy.
- We only offer ‘All bills included’ tenancy agreements. We believe this helps to make your life easy as one of our tenants. No dealing with utility providers and hassling housemates for their share of the bills! You will be set up from day one and can instead get on with enjoying your stay.
