- If you want to rent a room in Fareham, a holding fee of one weeks rent is payable by bank transfer (goes towards your first months rent when you move in to the property)
- You will be required to provide ID (copy of passport or driving license), proof of address and proof of contract.
- We will do credit and reference checks via an external agency. They will advise us whether to accept or decline your application based on the information you provide. You may be asked to provide a gaurantor.
- Your deposit (One month’s rent plus £100) and first months rent (minus holding fee already paid) will be due on 1st day of the tenancy.
- Your tenancy agreement, inventory and rent standing order will be signed during check in.
- We will register your deposit in a deposit protection scheme (DPS)
